FAQ

Q1: How do I choose the right size for your shoes?

A: We use U.S. standard shoe sizes, and our size chart is available on every product page. For best results:
  • Measure your foot: Trace your foot on paper, measure the length (from heel to toe) and width (at the widest part), then compare to our size chart.
  • French-Style Single Shoes: Runs true to size for most styles—if you have wide feet, we recommend sizing up ½ size (leather styles may stretch slightly with wear).
  • Snow Boots: Runs slightly large to accommodate thick socks—if you wear thin socks, size down ½ size; if you wear thick winter socks, order your regular size.
  • Slippers: Runs true to size—fleece/lined styles may feel snug at first but will loosen with wear.
If you’re unsure, email us your foot measurements, and we’ll help you select the perfect size!

Q2: Are your Snow Boots waterproof and warm enough for cold weather?

A: Yes—our Snow Boots are designed for winter performance:
  • Waterproofing: All Snow Boots feature waterproof leather or synthetic uppers with sealed seams to keep feet dry in snow, slush, and rain.
  • Insulation: Lined with 200g–300g Thinsulate insulation (varies by style) to keep feet warm in temperatures as low as -20°F (-29°C).
  • Traction: Slip-resistant rubber soles with deep treads for stability on icy or snowy surfaces.
For extreme cold, we recommend our knee-high Snow Boots with extra insulation—perfect for harsh winters!

Q3: What materials are your French-Style Single Shoes made of? How do I care for them?

A: Our French-Style Single Shoes are crafted with high-quality materials for durability and style:
  • Uppers: Genuine leather, faux leather, or suede (all styles noted on product pages).
  • Soles: Non-slip rubber or leather (for dressier styles).
  • Lining: Breathable fabric (cotton or polyester) for comfort.
Care instructions:
  • Leather/Faux Leather: Wipe clean with a damp cloth; use a leather conditioner (for genuine leather) to prevent cracking. Avoid water exposure.
  • Suede: Use a suede brush to remove dirt; treat with suede protector spray to repel water and stains.
  • Storage: Keep in the original shoe box or a shoe bag when not in use—stuff with tissue paper to maintain shape.

Q4: Can I return Slippers if they’re too small, even if I tried them on?

A: Yes—we accept returns of Slippers for fit issues as long as:
  • They are unworn (soles clean, no scuffs or stains).
  • Tags are attached, and they’re in original packaging.
  • You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
We understand trying on Slippers briefly to check fit is necessary—just ensure the soles remain clean (no walking on dirty floors!) to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Q5: Do you ship to all U.S. states? What are the shipping costs and timelines?

A: Yes—we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories:
  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 3–5 business days. Costs: $6.99 per pair (all styles). Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx 2Day): 2 business days. Costs: $14.99 per pair.
  • U.S. Territories/Puerto Rico: Delivery takes 7–10 business days; $8.99 shipping fee (free on orders over $100).
All orders include tracking—you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q6: Are your Slippers machine-washable?

A: It depends on the style:
  • Fleece/Cotton Slippers: Most are machine-washable—wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, air-dry (do not tumble dry, as heat may damage the lining).
  • Leather/Faux Leather Slippers: Not machine-washable—wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Suede Slippers: Not machine-washable—use a suede brush to remove dirt.
Always check the care label on your Slippers or the product page for specific instructions.

Q7: What is the warranty for your shoes?

A: We offer a limited 6-month warranty for all products, covering manufacturing defects (not normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage):
  • French-Style Single Shoes: Covers stitching failures, sole separation, and defective zippers/buckles.
  • Snow Boots: Covers waterproofing issues (seam leaks), insulation damage, and zipper malfunctions.
  • Slippers: Covers lining tears, sole separation, and defective closures.
To claim warranty service, email us with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of when the problem started—we resolve claims within 3 business days.
