Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (aligned with U.S. Consumer Rights Act) and meet shoe-specific criteria:

Eligible Items

  • Unworn, Unaltered Products: French-Style Single Shoes, Snow Boots, and Slippers in original packaging (shoe box intact, tags attached, no signs of wear). Soles must be clean and free of scuffs (we cannot accept shoes with worn soles due to hygiene and resaleability).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., French-Style Single Shoes loose stitching, Snow Boots broken zippers, Slipper torn linings, defective waterproofing) or shipping damage (e.g., crushed shoe box, bent shoe structure, damaged Snow Boot insulation).
  • Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong shoe size, black French-Style Shoes instead of brown, ankle Snow Boots when knee-high was ordered, incorrect Slipper material).
  • Fit Issues: Shoes that don’t fit (e.g., too narrow, too wide, length inconsistent with size chart)—even if tried on briefly (as long as soles are clean and unworn).

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used Items: Shoes with scuffed soles, worn linings, or signs of wear (e.g., French-Style Single Shoes with creases, Snow Boots with dirt on insulation, Slippers with stained fabric).
  • Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged from improper use (e.g., French-Style Shoes exposed to water, Snow Boots worn for hiking on sharp terrain, Slippers washed in hot water).
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized shoes (e.g., custom-sized French-Style Single Shoes, monogrammed Slippers) cannot be returned unless defective—we confirm this before processing custom orders.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email antoni7362726272627262625@gmail.com with:
    • Full name, order number, delivery address.
    • Product details (e.g., “Size 8 French-Style Leather Single Shoes – Black,” “Size 9 Knee-High Snow Boots – Brown,” “Size 7 Fleece Slippers – Gray”).
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “Snow Boots too small,” “French-Style Shoes stitching faulty,” “wrong Slipper material”).
    • Supporting Evidence:
      • Damaged items: Clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., Snow Boot zipper, Slipper tear) and original packaging.
      • Incorrect/fit issues: Photos comparing the received product to your order confirmation (e.g., shoe size label, color) or evidence of fit (e.g., measurement of shoe length vs. size chart).
    We approve/deny requests within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved—do not return items without an RA number (unauthorized returns are rejected).
  2. Prepare the Item:
    • Place shoes in original shoe box (include all accessories: extra laces, shoe bags, insulation inserts for Snow Boots).
    • Wrap the shoe box in bubble wrap or a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit (shoe boxes with damage may affect refund eligibility).
    • Attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
  3. Arrange Return Shipping:
    • Defective/Incorrect/Fit Issues: We send a pre-paid USPS/FedEx label—drop off at your nearest location within 7 days.
    • Change of Mind: You pay return shipping ($5.99 per pair) — use a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.

    Items must arrive within 14 days of RA approval—delays may affect eligibility.

3. Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds include:
    • Faulty/incorrect/fit issues: Full product price + original delivery fee (no deductions).
    • Change of mind: Product price minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee (to cover repackaging and cleaning for resalable items).

      Refunds go to your original payment method—banks may take 3–5 days to credit funds.
  • Exchanges:
    • Same-product replacement (e.g., new Snow Boot for defective one): Shipped within 5–7 business days—free delivery.
    • Size/type exchange (e.g., French-Style Shoes size 8 to 9, Slipper fleece to wool): Processed once the return is verified. Pay the price difference (if new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper).
